Another quiet week passed by but we were not completely kept in the dark this time. (More like we were kept in the Dark Ages, actually.) The biggest highlight from Transformers: The Last Knight production last week was the reveal of a Knight (at Isle of Skye), confirming another JoBlo leak. To make matters even more interesting, thanks to Buchanan Photos, we are given a closer look at what may possibly be Merlin’s Staff (the famous BBC One TV show called it The Sidhe Staff). Could his magic be Cybertronian technology?
While principal photography is being carried out in Europe, an old filming scene was revealed in an official manner. Filmed in Michigan, the scene involves Cade Yeager and William Lennox (Mark Wahlberg and Josh Duhamel respectively) executing a stunt at a large body of water. Yes; the water is wet.
Did we mention a potential spoiler may have been leaked too? No? Take a look at your own risk. Don’t say we didn’t warn you. -wink-
Transformers official Facebook page has a new video of Decepticon Barricade in action. The video consists of footage taken from the 1st Transformers Live Action Movie. They may have done this to build the hype for Barricade’s appearance in the new movie. Bumblebee and Stinger also showed up at the Debrecen Flower Carnival 2016.
Director Michael Bay meanwhile is having fun shooting scenes in Scotland. Some say that it’s up to him to save Paramount.
Speaking of which, the director has received a custom made Epic Dragon Camera built just for him as a gift from Red. The camera is in “Nike Green” with an emblem of TF5 Megatron‘s face.
And in other news, there is a rumor spreading that Hasbro is planning for a China specific Transformers movie featuring Sun Wukong; The Great Monkey King. Until we hear more info, take this news with a grain of salt.
